Wendy Sturtevant moved to the beautiful Tri-Cities in 2007 and was impressed by the beauty and potential that was offered. Now with her 3 growing boys, she can appreciate all the wonderful things the Tri-Cities has to offer. From the river and all that it entails, the various parks, the museums, the activity centers, and its central location for big-city entertainment or those winter snowboarding escapes, she feels we get to enjoy it all! Plus, the Tri-Cities has a plethora of unique restaurants and many wineries that will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.
The housing market here is quite different from other areas and Wendy has been able to appreciate the growth that the Tri-Cities has seen in the last few years. With New Construction running rampant, she has worked closely with builders and land developers, therefore receiving great insight on how to best advise her clients. With this knowledge, she has been able to assist homeowners in their transition to newer or bigger homes by strategically marketing their homes to find the perfect buyers.
Wendy prides herself on working with first time home buyers that may feel a bit overwhelmed by the process. She believes that even the biggest hurdle can be overcome with honesty and attention to detail. Wendy has prior Real Estate experience before becoming a Broker with Century 21 Tri-Cities. She worked as both a Licensed Real Estate Broker, as well as an unlicensed assistant. Wendy does not see herself as a salesperson, but a facilitator in helping clients discover what they are really looking for in a new home!
She appreciates Century 21 Tri-Cities’ for its unique marketing plan, and how it is designed to achieve results. The added benefits that C21 clients receive is unsurpassed in the region. Wendy stands by her statement: “It’s for this reason that buyers and sellers who choose Century 21 Tri-Cities receive the very best in the business."
